These terms support event inquiries, RSVP collection, and guest communications for Flame Lily Events. Final booking terms should be confirmed in the signed client agreement.
RSVP Information
Guests may be asked to provide contact details, attendance information, meal preferences, and notes needed to plan and manage the event.
Photo And Video
Flame Lily Events and its partners may capture photo and video content at events for event documentation, portfolio, advertising, marketing, social media, website, and print materials. Guests who prefer not to be featured should contact Flame Lily before the event.
Reviews And Marketing
Flame Lily may request feedback or reviews after an event when a guest has provided contact details. Marketing messages should only be sent where permitted and should include a way to opt out.
